Three Types of SkyLines Fleeces

ADULT FLEECES
My Best Natural-Colored & White Adult Fleeces
These are all beautiful fleeces, in a range of colors from pure white to dark, dark grey (nearly black). All of these fleeces are so clean and VM-free that they're a dream to hand process!
$20/lb.

LAMB FLEECES
My Best Lamb/First Year Fleeces
SkyLines lamb fleeces are especially soft, long, and beautiful. Because they're so soft they often have just a tiny bit more vegetable matter (VM) than the adult fleeces, and like most lamb fleeces their tips are sometimes a bit weathered. Nonetheless, they're all gorgeous, healthy, and incredibly soft lamb fleeces. Also great fleeces for hand processing.
$20/lb.

Bargain Fleeces
These are beautiful, sound, healthy fleeces that normally sell in My Best Fleeces category, but they just didn't measure up to My Best standards this year. Most often, it's because the fleece has a tad too much VM or plain old dirt for easy and enjoyable hand processing or spinning in the grease. I strongly recommend these fleeces be sent to a fiber mill for processing.
$17/lb.

Beth

Romney-touch of Suffolk, Columbia, Montadale-ewe

Daughter of beautiful very dark ram Lightning, Beth's fleece is much like her dad's. Very dark grey/nearly black with subtle hints of dark brown/mahogony tones throughout. Very light brown tips. Her fleece is more lustrous than dad's, with a uniform fine to medium crimp throughout. Quite springy to the hand, and very soft too. This is a nice fleece!

Romney ram

A Romney ram that I purchased for his finer fleece and the unusual tone to his fleece color. This is a moderately fine crimped, soft fleece with oatmeal tips and fairly low luster. It's beautiful!

BARGAIN FLEECES - ($17/lb)

Check these fleeces out and save some money!
